1. All deposits are non-refundable.

2. Upon booking you must fill out the relevant treatment forms and you will be asked to read our T&C’s.

3. Should you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment you can do so up to 72hrs prior. If you cancel your appointment within 72hrs the business withholds the right to charge you in full.

4. Appointments up until 2025 take place in our Bedfordshire clinic. Satnav’s & Google Maps often provide incorrect directions. Please click here for instructions on how to find our clinic.
