Please be aware that the Sat nav, depending on which one you use, may try to take you onto a private road, DO NOT TAKE THIS TURNING!

The turning you need to take if you are coming from the Bedford side is the one afterwards on the left, just after a speed camera, and it’s called Old Main Road.
Follow that road down until the bottom where the road starts to veer round to the right. You will see a sign on the left saying Happy Body Project, take that left and follow the lane down to the bottom where you will see The Happy Body Project of which is where I am based.

Please take a seat in the waiting room and I will come and collect you at the time of the appointment. Should the gate be closed when you get onto the lane, the code is 5253e.
