When booking your appointment you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read and fully understand each section of these Terms & Conditions.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Deposits: A minimum deposit (Usually between 35%-50%) is required to secure all appointments for treatments at Eliminate & Elevate. This deposit is essential to confirm your booking and will be applied to your total service cost.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. To cancel or reschedule, please follow the link in your appointnment confirmation email contact our clinic either by phone or email.

Within 72-Hour Window: Any cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Depending on notice & availability we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the treatment cost. A new deposit will be required should you wish to rebook.

Late Arrivals and No Shows: Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or a cancelled/rescheduled booking, depending on availability. Should your appointment have to be cancelled or resheduled due to late arrival, you will be charged No-shows will be treated as late cancellations, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Please discuss any such circumstances with us as soon as possible.

Acknowledgement: By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Booking and Cancellation Policy. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all our clients.

Data Consent Policy

Introduction At Eliminate & Elevate, we are committed to safeguarding your personal information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) effective from 25 May 2018. This policy outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal data.

Collection of Personal Information We collect your name, date of birth, address, and contact details solely for the purpose of documentation and communication related to the treatments and services you seek from us.

Use of Your Data Your personal data is used to:

  • Manage and document your treatments.

  • Communicate necessary information about our services.

  • Send information on promotions and newsletters if consented to.

Data Storage and Security All personal data is securely stored and protected. Paper records are kept in secure storage, and digital data is protected with password-secured devices. Data and information relating to your treatments will be held and stored for no longer than necessary.

Consent and Rights You have the right to:

  • Consent to or decline the use of your data for specific purposes.

  • Access or request deletion of your data as per GDPR guidelines.

  • Withdraw consent at any time, subject to certain conditions.

Third-Party Data Sharing Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.

Contact Preferences You can choose how you wish to be contacted by us, including via email, phone, text, or Facebook Messenger, according to your preferences.

Policy Agreement By booking an appointment you are agreeing to our full Terms & Conditions, including but not you are this Data Consent policy, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of data handling as described above.

General Treatment Terms

Colon Hydrotherapy is a safe and effectively cleanses your large intestine - colon. Your therapist does NOT diagnose disease or prescribe medications. Should any of your responses to any of the above questions contraindicate colon hydrotherapy treatment you will be advised to seek your doctors medical advice. It is your responsibility to provide full and complete answers so your therapist can treat you correctly. Also, you must inform us of any changes in your health between or prior to treatments.

Photo & Video Release Policy

This particular policy is only relevant to those who have consented to being photographed/filmed at the time of their appointment.

By booking an appointment and acknowledging the T&C’s , you (as The Client) hereby grant and authorise Kelly Ryan, the right to capture, modify, edit, reproduce, exhibit, publish, distribute, and utilise any photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings taken of me for lawful promotional purposes.

These materials may include, but are not limited to, newspapers, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, press kits, websites, social media platforms, and other forms of print and digital communication.

You, as The Client provide this authorisation without expecting any payment or other forms of consideration. This authorisation remains in effect indefinitely and applies to all languages, media, formats, and markets, whether currently known or discovered in the future. clients willingly waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of these photographs or recordings.

You, as the Client, acknowledge and accept that the materials created through this agreement will be the property of Kelly Ryan and will not be returned to you.

You hereby release and discharge Kelly Ryan from any liability, claims, or legal actions that may arise, including those made by myself, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other individuals acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.



When booking online, you will be asked to tick these statements in acknowledgment:

I have completely read & fully agree to the General Treatment Terms within the T&C’s. I confirm that I have provided, to the best of my knowledge & ability, the relevant information about my health & lifestyle. I agree to receive colon hydrotherapy or my chosen treatment from my therapist, Kelly Ryan & to inform my therapist of any relevant changes in my health & lifestyle. I have understood the treatment that I am consenting to & confirm that I have no reason to consult with my GP before undergoing the treatment.

I have completely read & fully agree to the
Booking & Cancellation Policy within the T&C’s, acknowledging that any changes, rearrangement & cancellation within 72hrs of my appointment may result in me losing my deposit & being charged the full amount of the treatment cost.

I have completely read & fully agree to the
Data Consent Policy within the T&C’s, Understanding that my data will be used and stored in compliance with GDPR regulations and that by consenting I am agreeing to be contacted by SMS/Phone/Email/Messenger in relation to my treatment. I also agree to receive occasional newsletters & marketing materials via the same channels.

By doing so you agree to all the policies, agreements and terms as set out above.
